Our project continues to progress steadily, and we're excited to share the latest developments. From important groundwork to ongoing structural work, the site is buzzing with activity. Here’s an update on what we’ve accomplished recently.

Standish Court Update

Recent Progress - Standish Court Progress:

1. Job Interviews and Team Expansion:

We've had several job interviews to ensure the right people are in place as the project moves forward. New team members will help keep everything running smoothly as we approach the next phases.

2. Scaffolding Assessment:

Our scaffolding team has been on-site assessing the layout and requirements for a new set of scaffolding. We're awaiting their proposal and expected timelines, which will be vital for the next steps of the build.

3. Steelwork Progress:

The steelwork is steadily moving forward, with new sections being completed and installed. This step is essential to ensure the structural integrity of the building as we move closer to completing the framework.

4. Plasterboard Ceilings:

Significant progress has been made with the plasterboard ceilings. Many areas have already started and filled in, which is an important step towards finishing the interior spaces and adding a sense of completion to the project.

5. Digging Out Waste and Sewage Pipelines:

We’ve also made great progress in digging out and laying the waste and sewage pipelines. This essential groundwork is now completed, and the pipelines have been covered up to ensure a solid foundation for the next phase of construction.

6. Laying Foundations for the Extension:

Work on the foundations for the upcoming extension is also well underway. We’ve started laying the necessary groundwork, ensuring a solid base that will support the expansion of the building.

Upcoming Milestones:

With the groundwork for the extension and waste/sewage pipelines completed, we’re now focusing on finalizing the steelwork and beginning the next phase of the build. Once the scaffolding is in place, we can move forward with more interior work and additional structural elements

There’s plenty more work ahead, but with the progress we've made, we're excited about what’s to come. A big thanks to everyone involved for their hard work and dedication. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project continues!
