Our Journey
DBR Investment Group began as a specialist development operation focused on residential refurbishment and asset repositioning. As our portfolio and expertise grew, we expanded into full project delivery, investment structuring, and property management.
To date, we have successfully completed over 20 developments across more than 15 towns and cities, including projects in the North West, Midlands, and Wales. Our experience spans buy-to-let properties, apartment conversions, mixed-use schemes, and value-add refurbishment projects.

DBR Investment Group is led by an experienced management team with backgrounds in property development, construction, finance, and operations. Our leadership maintains direct oversight of acquisitions, development strategy, and investor communications to ensure consistency and accountability.
We also collaborate with a network of professional advisers, including solicitors, surveyors, planning consultants, and compliance specialists.
Operations & Property Management
As part of our growing property portfolio, we currently operate seven apartments and one villa located in Llandudno, LL30, Wales. These units are professionally owned and require experienced third-party management support to maintain high operational, guest, and compliance standards.
We work collaboratively with trusted management companies and are open to discussing management arrangements with operators who can demonstrate relevant experience, reliability, and strong local coverage.
