Standish Court is making remarkable progress. We are thrilled to announce that the new windows have been installed, and the striking black uPVC frames create a beautiful contrast against the traditional brickwork, enhancing the overall contemporary aesthetic of the building. Currently, we are embarking on the second phase of the piling process, which is essential for the upcoming installation of the lift—an important feature that will improve accessibility for all our residents.

In addition to this, we are excited to share that our brand-new website www.dbrinvest.com has officially launched! The site is designed to be a comprehensive showcase of our past, present, and future projects. We encourage everyone to explore the site and gain insight into the breadth of our work and the quality we strive to deliver.

Moreover, our venture, Llandudno Great Escapes, is fully operational and has its own dedicated website www.llandudnogreatescapes.co.uk. This platform allows guests to book luxury short-stay holiday accommodations in beautiful Wales. These exquisite properties were entirely refurbished by our team and completed in the summer of 2024. We are delighted to announce that they are now open and ready to welcome guests, including those traveling with pets, to enjoy a comfortable and stylish getaway.
