Our reputation is built on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and outstanding service within the property development sector Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Fitter / Installer to join our team to start on the 13th of October 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of kitchen base and wall units, worktops, splashbacks, and integrated appliances in accordance with approved kitchen design plans and technical drawings. You will ensure all installations meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities ⦁ Install base units and wall-mounted kitchen units according to approved kitchen design plans and technical drawings. ⦁ Read and interpret kitchen layouts, blueprints, and technical documentation accurately. ⦁ Measure and mark surfaces to ensure precise and accurate installation. ⦁ Securely fit cabinetry, ensuring correct alignment and adequate provision for appliances, worktops, and splashbacks. ⦁ Install worktops, including precise cut-outs for sinks and induction hobs. ⦁ Fit splashbacks with accurate cut-outs for electrical sockets. ⦁ Install end panels, plinths, cornices, pelmets, and fillers to a high finish. ⦁Install integrated appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, washer/dryer, induction hob, sink, and extractor hood. ⦁ Ensure all appliance doors are securely attached and properly connected to existing services. ⦁ Align extractor hoods and sinks with previously installed cabinetry and utilities. ⦁ Finish joints and corners with appropriate sealants. ⦁ Conduct final inspections to ensure all installations meet design and quality standards. ⦁ Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues on-site. ⦁ Maintain compliance with all relevant building codes, health & safety regulations, and company standards. ⦁ Ensure the work area is clean, safe, and organized upon completion, with proper disposal of debris and dust. ⦁ Provide and maintain all necessary tools and equipment for installation tasks. Skills, Experience, and Qualifications: ⦁ At least 2 years of proven experience as a kitchen fitter, with a demonstrated track record of successful kitchen installations. ⦁ Expertise in fitting kitchen units, cabinets, worktops, and appliances with precision and attention to detail. ⦁ Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately. ⦁ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. ⦁ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. ⦁ Must own full set of tools and PPE are required. ⦁ Clean and valid Driver's license and access to own transport is preferred. ⦁ Valid CSCS card (preferred).
