Project Update: 19 Curzon Road

This week has seen significant progress as we dive into the essential first fix works by our skilled electrical and plumbing contractors.

First Fix Works:

On Monday, 31st of July, our electrical and plumbing contractors commenced their first fix of works. This is a critical phase for the electrical and plumbing systems that will power and support the entire building. From installing wiring and electrical outlets to setting up the plumbing infrastructure, our experts are working diligently to ensure the building's functionality and efficiency.

We are expecting the first fix works to be completed by next Friday.

Interior Transformations: Aesthetic and Practical Improvements

In addition to the first fix works, our team has made significant strides in enhancing the interior spaces of 19 Curzon Road.

Completed suspended ceilings and partition walls mark a milestone in the project. These elements will of course help create distinct spaces within the building while providing improved soundproofing and insulation.

Exterior Elevations: A Facelift for Curb Appeal

The exterior of 19 Curzon Road is also undergoing a transformation. Our skilled craftsmen have been hard at work, applying insulation and rendering to the external elevations.


This process not only improves the building's thermal efficiency but also revitalizes its appearance. The rendered finish will give the property a fresh and modern look while preserving its unique character.

The completion of the first fix of work has set the stage for subsequent phases, bringing us closer to revitalizing this challenging project.
