Curzon Road Project Update 2

1. External Transformation: Our team have been making good progress with the external insulation and rendering - of course a huge step in enhancing the building's energy efficiency while giving it a fresh appearance.

2. Interior Elegance Taking Shape: The internal plastering phase is in full swing, with our plasterers skimming all walls/ceilings and it's almost ready for the much anticipated interior design & decoration phase of the project.

3. Shifting Floors: A significant logistical step has been achieved with the boarding being moved from the second floor to the first floor.

4. Infrastructure Milestones: The first fix for plumbing, drainage, and electrical installations have been a success, too. These backbone installations are the reason the project should be smooth sailing for the remainder. Fingers crossed!
