It’s been a few weeks since our last construction update, and I’m excited to share all the latest progress happening on-site! Our Standish Court apartment development is coming together beautifully. The transformation is nothing short of impressive. From stylish kitchens and elegant bathrooms to top-floor finishes, everything is taking shape right on schedule.

Modern Kitchens Now Installed
We’ve officially entered one of the most exciting phases of development – the installation of the kitchens! Every Standish Court apartment is being fitted with a high-spec, modern kitchen designed for both form and functionality.

Here’s what’s going in:
Concrete-effect base units for a sleek, urban feel
Warm wood-effect eye-level cabinets to add balance and warmth
Slate-effect worktops for a clean and contemporary finish

Bathrooms Nearing Completion
Alongside the kitchens, the bathrooms are also quickly taking shape and reflect the same attention to detail and quality. Each Standish Court apartment includes a full, modern bathroom suite, comprising:
A full-size bath with an overhead shower
Contemporary vanity basin unit
Low-level flush toilet
To elevate the design, we’ve opted for dark grey gloss wall tiles that pair beautifully with a wood-effect feature wall, creating a luxurious, spa-like feel.
This design balances function with a sense of calm and sophistication – perfect for unwinding after a long day.
Top Floor Progress: Plasterboarding Underway
Construction is moving swiftly on all floors, with the top-floor plasterboarding well underway. This marks a key step toward internal decorating and final finishes, bringing us even closer to a full transformation of each unit. As the build progresses, the quality of the craftsmanship is becoming more and more evident throughout the building.
Completion Target: End of October 2025
We’re now in the final stages of construction and remain on track for completion by the end of October. The coming weeks will involve flooring, painting, lighting installation, and final detailing – everything needed to bring these beautiful apartments to life and ready for occupancy.
